Refund policy

At The Cork Plug, your satisfaction matters, we do accept returns for store credit or replacements under the following conditions:

⏳ Return Window

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s). After this window, we can no longer accept the return.

📦 Return Process

  1. You must return the item(s) to us first.

  2. Once the item arrives at our return station and passes inspection, your return will begin processing.

  3. Processing time can take 7–30 working days.

🛍️ Condition Of Returned Items

Items must be :

  1. Unworn and undamaged 
  2. Must have original tags and packaging


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
The customer is fully responsible for returning the item(s) to our return station.


👎 Faulty Items 

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly with photographs so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights
